Amber Pierce started her insurance career in 2007 when she became a claims representative
for Progressive Insurance. She quickly moved up the ladder obtaining her Property and
Casualty License a short 6 months later earning her the role of licensed agent. After a few years in the industry Amber wanted to venture to the independent side of the insurance industry aswell as work closer to home. She started working for Kathy Bayes Insurance Agency in 2013.

Kathy was an amazing role model and mentor to Amber and in 2021 Amber became the official owner of Kathy Bayes Insurance. She quickly adapted to the role as owner and grew her business within the first 3 years of business. Change was on the horizon for Amber as she
decided to change the name and give the business a new fresh feel. At the beginning of 2024
Insurance 4 Texas Agency Inc. was born and will continue to grow in years to come.
Although Pierce is passionate about her professional career, family has always come first.
Having a large blended family Amber met the love of her life in 2007 at the very start of her
career. Her partner Ben supported her through many changes in her life including giving her a daughter, Kaydee Nell Pierce in 2014. Amber also has 2 bonus kids Zacary 31, and Chad, 33
both with partners of their own. Amber and Ben also share 3 grandchildren along with many
extended family members and friends. Amber loves her children and family dearly and has a fur baby Bella, who she always kids is her first child. Bella is a sweet and spunky chihuahua whom loves to cuddle and sit in laps constantly.

Amber is a very passionate individual when it comes to her business and career. Her clients are very important, and she takes her job very seriously. A funny story from Pierce’s childhood, as she recalls on the day of her grand opening. She was sitting quietly in her office thinking that this is going to what she will do for the rest of her life. She thought, who grows up and want’s to be an insurance agent? No one really but when she was a child Amber played office all the time. It was her favorite make-believe game. She would set up a desk with phones, pens, and various office items and play for hours. Funnily enough Pierce grew up to do exactly what she dreamed of as a child. On days that are hard that is what gets her through them.
